how far in advance should we reach out?
It's never too early to begin brainstorming! We recommend reaching out 1-3 months in advance to secure your spot in our schedule and allow ample time for planning. Depending on the project, we may also be able to accommodate orders with 2-4 weeks' notice so never hesitate to reach out!
do you offer printing and designing?
Yes, we do! Whether you're starting from scratch or have a ready-to-print design, we're here to assist you every step of the way!
how do your collabs work?
We have two options
Option One-
We begin by discussing your design ideas, preferred brands for printing, and the clothing items you'd like to offer. We’ll provide multiple design concepts and refine them until you're completely satisfied. Once the designs are finalized, we'll launch the collaboration on our website for 2-4 weeks. You’ll earn a percentage of the sales, with payouts issued at the end of the campaign. We manage all aspects of the process, including website orders, printing, packing, and shipping—allowing you to focus on promotion while we handle the logistics and you collect the profits. Items are printed on demand and will be shipped around 1 week after the order is placed.
Option Two-
Bulk ordering, ideal for those with a larger following, a desire to earn more per item, or those with a storefront. While anyone can place a bulk order, this option offers additional benefits for high-volume needs. We’ll begin by discussing your design ideas, preferred brands for printing, and the clothing items you'd like to offer. After finalizing the design, we’ll send multiple concepts and work together to perfect them until you’re fully satisfied. There is no minimum order requirement, giving you the flexibility to test a wide variety of items or save more with larger quantities. We’ll also provide you with a wholesale pricing guide featuring our top printed items. If you have specific items in mind that aren’t listed, just let us know—we can source almost anything! This option is also perfect if you already have a design ready and simply need it printed. Our current turnaround time for printing is about 2 weeks, and we’ll hand deliver the finished products. Additionally, if desired, we can include custom care cards with your logo at no extra cost.
Please note that during peak holiday seasons, there may be potential shipping delays or occasional out-of-stock items. Generally, orders are processed and delivered within 1-2 weeks, depending on their size and complexity. We keep you updated throughout the process.
do you require a minimum order amount?
We do not have a minimum order requirement. However, the more you purchase, the more you save. Please feel free to reach out to us for detailed bulk order pricing, and we’d be happy to provide you with the information you need.
